מי אנחנו ?
קמפוס עולם שטקליס הוא מוסד חינוכי חדשני וצומח, הפועל מתוך אמונה עמוקה בכוחו של החינוך לעצב דור ערכי, חושב, יוזם ומשפיע.
אנו שואפים להוביל כל תלמידה ותלמיד למצוינות לימודית, רגשית וחברתית – מתוך אמונה, ערכיות ושותפות.
הלמידה בקמפוס משלבת את מודל “הנבחרת”, מודל חינוכי מתקדם המתמקד בלמידה חברתית בקבוצות קטנות בעלות מטרה משותפת, בחיזוק מיומנויות של חקר, פתרון בעיות, יזמות וניהול עצמי.
הלמידה מתקיימת במרחבים פתוחים, בסביבה טכנולוגית ומכוונת להישגים משמעותיים תוך שמירה על חיבור אישי, רגישות והכלה.
מרחב אישי לכל תלמיד – “בית” בתוך הקמפוס
הקמפוס פועל במבנה קהילתי ייחודי: כל תלמיד משתייך ל”בית” חינוכי המלווה על ידי מנהלת ויועצת השכבה, במהלך שלוש השנים בקמפוס.
כל שכבה לומדת ב”בית” שלה: בית אלון, בית תמר, בית ארז, וכל “בית” חינוכי מהווה מרחב למידה מוכר וידוע.
מודל זה מאפשר ליווי אישי, חיזוק תחושת השייכות, וראייה כוללת של כל תלמיד ותלמידה.
קהילה ערכית, לומדת ומתפתחת
העשייה הבית-ספרית מונחית ע”י ערכים דמוקרטיים ועקרונות של חינוך חברתי אשר באים לידי ביטוי בלמידה בחברותא, למידה שמחברת את 17 יעדי האו”ם, ביוזמות ערכיות כמו “אכפת לי”, שיח משתף, שותפות הורים וקהילה וחינוך לאקטיביזם חברתי. בנוסף מתקיימים ימי שיא מיוחדים וערכיים בכיתות הייחודיות והרב-תחומיות, יריד המעשים הטובים ומפגשים עם הקהילה.
שטקליס – מצוינות כדרך חיים !
הקמפוס שלנו חרט על דגלו את ערך המצוינות בדגש על מצוינות חברתית, מצוינות אישית ומצוינות לימודית בתחומים מגוונים:
* מדעים ומחקר
* משפטים
* ספורט הישגי-תחרותי – כדורעף
* תקשורת- צילום, רדיו, קולנוע
* אומנויות – תאטרון, תנועה, אמנות
* ספורט על כל גווניו: כדורגל, כדורסל, כדוריד ועוד.
ביחד – יוצרים עתיד
אני מאמינה, שלמידה משמעותית מתרחשת כאשר מתקיים קשר בין ערכים לידע, ובין קהילה לפרט.
בקמפוס אנו דוגלים בשיתוף פעולה בין הצוות החינוכי והמנהלי, ההורים והתלמידים מתוך אמונה כי זהו המפתח להצלחה.
אנו עושים כל שביכולתנו להוביל את התלמידים, ולהצעידם קדימה – להצלחות, להגשים חלומות ולהיות הגרסה הטובה ביותר של עצמם.

Bilingual Campus Olam Shtekelis
Knowing languages promotes the student’s development and has been proven to improve cognitive skills, furthermore it is an important asset in today’s world.
It is vital to start learning languages in a systematic and consistent way and more importantly at a young age. This is why that the school promotes bilingual learning.
It is our vision, to make our school bilingual, that each student can express himself in English both orally (spoken English) and in writing.
The students will be exposed to English through spoken projects and interdisciplinary activities where students will learn read, write in English and Hebrew in different subjects as well and not just in the English lessons. Students will study and participate in bilingual activities which will help develop their ability to express themselves both in Hebrew and English.
The school has already started the process of becoming a bilingual campus and is intergrading English in many different fields.
It is our strong belief that studying in a bilingual atmosphere will lead to exposing the students to a vast world of knowledge in terms of learning about different cultural values, international communication and mutual respect.
The main principles of a bilingual school:
– Bilingual learning is an integrative part of every lesson.
– Having bilingual conversations, being familiar with common expressions in both languages, including both English and Hebrew in all school ceremonies, “good morning” activities and all other school events.
– The entire school staff is committed to integrate English in their lessons and encourage the students to actively participate, to express themselves in all forms, speaking, writing and reading, both in Hebrew and English.
– Our aim is to provide an atmosphere where students are encouraged to be creative, get curious and learn about the different worlds.
To implement the bilingual program- we have many bilingual projects, daily English broadcasts during the break, English signs and daily English conversations with Masa volunteers from the US.
It is our strong belief that languages build bridges between people and helps creating a joint and better future.
